According to Section 16A(a) of the Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing, and Portfolio Management Law, 1995 ("Regulation Law"), we bring the following to your attention:

MS-RoK Investments Ltd. (hereinafter: "Rock Investments") is a company licensed to manage investment portfolios, license number 839, by the Securities Authority.

Rock Investments engages in portfolio management and investment marketing, as defined in the Regulation Law.

"Investment marketing" is defined in the Regulation Law as providing advice to others regarding the feasibility of investing, holding, buying, or selling securities or financial assets, where the advisor has a connection to the financial asset.

"Portfolio management" is defined in the Regulation Law as executing transactions, at discretion, on behalf of others.

The controlling shareholders of Rock Investments, Eyal Rejovitzky and Yuval Eisenberg, are licensed marketers.

Rock Investments has a "connection" (as defined in the Regulation Law) to the securities and financial assets (hereinafter: "financial assets") of the institutional entities listed below:

Such a connection of a marketer or portfolio manager to financial assets will not be considered a conflict of interest by the portfolio manager and/or marketer towards the client.

The nature of the connection arises from the fact that Rock Investments or a company under its control or controlling it (if any) may receive benefits from the aforementioned entities in connection with the execution of transactions in financial assets or in connection with their holding.

Employees of Rock Investments and/or anyone on its behalf and/or entities with which the company is associated and engaged in marketing, brokerage, and/or providing services to the client, may be compensated for their contribution in marketing, brokerage, and providing services from the company's share of management fees and/or from the company's share of other payments that the company collects from the client for its services as stipulated in the agreement.

The company may receive payments from banks and/or its agents and/or third parties for services performed by it for its clients, including commissions or commission refunds for their activities. Details of this will be provided in the company's periodic report (if required).
